After more than a decade, 11 years, 4 months and 7 days, or 3,302 days in total, we are emotionally turning an important page for L'ALPAGE Suisse: we are definitively closing our store at Petit-Chêne 1 in Lausanne as of August 1, 2025.

Our 24-hour online shop has been expanded in recent months to serve you even better and more easily. You can also find all our products in our network of over 100 retailers in Switzerland, who are available to advise you locally, as well as on national online shopping sites (Zalando, Galaxus, etc.). Several partnerships are currently being developed to serve you more closely.

L'ALPAGE Suisse was launched on March 21, 2014 with the opening of our Petit-Chêne boutique to fill a gap in the market: innovative products with a high concentration of active ingredients (10-45% vs. 0.2-2% in a standard cream), with alpine and high-tech ingredients, high-quality sensory formulas, 100% developed and manufactured in Switzerland and all at very affordable prices.

After 11+ years on the market and 50+ developed face and body care formulas, the bet has paid off. The brand is doing very well, with over 500,000 products sold and a loyal customer base. Many of our products are now part of the daily life and beauty routines of many customers, providing effectiveness, pleasure of use and at affordable prices. It is an honor and a pleasure to offer you these daily care products!

The decision to close our store was carefully considered. We have experienced 4 years of work on neighboring buildings in Petit-Chêne over the last 5 years, which has affected us. Finally, the building in which our store is located has just started its transformation 3 months ago with at least 3 years of total renovation work planned, the scaffolding being already well in place. The quality of service we can provide in store has become uncertain with the construction sites and their hazards.

Furthermore, it's important to realize that the 24H E-Shop has already surpassed the store in terms of sales for many years. Traffic in the city of Lausanne has also been steadily declining for years. Many of you no longer come to Lausanne as often as before. Keeping a store in downtown Lausanne has gradually become a luxury that a small brand can no longer afford.

We remember the many exchanges we had with you in our stores over the past decade, and the challenge that very few people saw coming true. We made it happen thanks to all of you, and we thank you for that.

For the past 5 years, we have been developing our R&D laboratory in Nyon, our cosmetic manufacturing and packaging unit which is now 100% operational. We will therefore be able to focus on developing the brand and bringing you some great innovations, while continuing to improve our existing formulas as recently done with Clean Beauty formulas. 100% of our L'ALPAGE Suisse products now come from our High-Tech laboratory in Nyon, which allows us to offer you ultra-concentrated products of very high quality, probably among the most concentrated and effective on the market while keeping the prices at the lowest for you!

Our E-Shop was completely redesigned last November, with the launch of a new, much more efficient, faster, and scalable platform, which allows us to offer you a much more relevant service: loyalty program to earn points convertible into cash discounts on your next purchases, instant chat in case of questions, more interesting promotional offers, DUO à la carte offer to choose yourself, ... We will communicate in detail on all these functions which make us offer a high quality service through our E-shop.

In addition, you can now choose 24-hour delivery between DHL and FedEx, with a much higher quality delivery service than before, offered from 120.- CHF of purchase in Switzerland. We have also started delivering abroad for a few weeks, with success!
