Delivery in Switzerland
We deliver all orders in Switzerland for approximately CHF 7.50 via FedEx, UPS, or DHL with home delivery within 24|48 business hours, an online tracking number, SMS updates, the option to redirect the delivery yourself, choose the delivery time and day, and up to three delivery attempts. Delivery in Switzerland is free for purchases over CHF 120. Every package shipped through its network is carbon neutral at no extra cost to the customer. Free deliveries are made using one of three express services (FedEx, UPS, or DHL).
You can also select an offer with delivery before 12:00 p.m. or 10:30 a.m., available depending on the address, for an additional cost.
International delivery (outside Switzerland)
We deliver your package via FedEx Priority, UPS Worldwide Express, or DHL Express Worldwide, with home delivery, online tracking, SMS updates, auto-routing, and multiple delivery attempts.
Products are sold Horst Taxe from Switzerland. They may therefore be taxed upon arrival in your country, according to the standards in force at the time of delivery. If you choose the UPS Global Checkout option, your products will arrive 100% cleared through customs in your country and all duties and fees will be paid at the time of payment. No surprises upon delivery.
If you prefer to pay these fees separately upon arrival, you can use FedEx or DHL, who will clear your shipment through customs for you.
